When will my order be shipped?
Ready to ship items should be shipped within 4 business days. Made to order items can take up to 2 weeks. We are a one person operation and we appreciate your patience! Tracking information is delivered once orders are dispatched.
What is your store's return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are custom tailored to you! All sales are final. Please make sure to double check your selections and consult the sizing chart [if applicable] before ordering.
What if something is wrong with my order?
We'll work together to make it right! In the rare event of an item defect, please contact me via the contact page or at malfaeprint@gmail.com.
Help! Goblins stole my package!
Despicable, how dare they! Please understand that all items are out of our hands once delivered to the shipping courier. Claims for lost/stolen packages should be made through USPS [or other applicable carrier].
Is this shop trustworthy?
We understand it's hard to be certain whether a website is legit or not. Well, I got receipts. I've been selling online for over 15 years and our other platforms showcase our sales history and glowing reviews! You can browse our Etsy and our Depop to check it out for yourself.

Who creates your designs?
Unless explicably stated, all designs are designed by me [Ali]. Band logos are exceptions because, uh, you know...
Do you accept orders outside of the United States?
Yes! Additional countries we will ship to include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Denmark, and Iceland. International shipping times vary and you may be subject to customs fees that are out of our control.
